The "Maxi" freezer spacer provides 3 times more air flow than our standard spacer, resulting in an average freezing time reduction of up to 25% when compared to our standard design. The Maxi can produce freezing times that are faster than other spacers that are on the market today.

This design provides 3 times more air flow than our standard spacer, resulting in an average freezing time reduction of up to 25% when compared to our standard design. A 6-foot high area can accommodate 200 Maxi PEFS. The normal size for this design is 40" x 48". All of our spacers are available with the CureSlip option.
Cure Slip Option
CureSlip is an optional treatment on all our PEFS designed to minimize box slippage during pallet transport. It was developed by SFB in conjunction with leading food processors and refrigerated warehouses.
Benefits include:
